pavlova

after seeing cik yam and farah posting their pavlova, hooo cannot tahan mau juga. haha.
mudah tergoda?
dah lama pun tergoda. cuma got no guts nk try. tp kali ni gagah la nk mcuba.
buat at 6pm. sah2 tak sempat la nk mkn after iftar.
with The Little Guy nak tido, kita nk tarawikh etc.

end up we eat the pavlova as moreh. high glucose betul! but yuuummmyyyy... tho its said to be marshmallowy, i said dia lagiiiiiii sedap dari marshmallow. sumpah.
tak caye? korang kena try sendiri.
resepi mudah. cuma tang temperature agak tricky. sila cuba jaya.
dah bjaya sila horey2 lompat bintang sendiri. puas ati. betul.

ni farah ckp happened due to less sugar. i put 3/4 instead of 1 cup. ni pn dh yabai so sweettt!
topping lagi tebal dari base~ hehe. konon nk kasi balance la dessert a.k.a moreh ni. hihi
top view. tak jumpa berries.ni pun bole la. tiny grapes+pisang kaki+kiwi.. ;)

situ byk resepi gak. mudah dan mudah. 

utk hidangan last moreh mereka di Lounge C, ibu buatkan popia basah. tekak kami yg teringin. dpt sambutan gak. sambal ade lebih.nnt bole buat lagi.. sedap n senang. a novice cooker like me also can do.
